How can I Book my trip with You ?
It’s very easy, fill up the form at our booking system, choose a payment option, and then we process your order and send the ticket to your E-mail.
How will I receive my tickets?
Once you’ve completed the booking process you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail with a link to download your ticket. No need to print it, you can show it by phone to our guide.
What about Payment Terms ?
We always recommend to do the payment as soon as possible! Limited places. We don’t confirm or block spots without payment! We don’t accept payment the day of the trip.
Can I pay the guide on the day of the trip?
Unfortunately the option to pay for the trip on the same day is not available. The full payment should be done before the trip.
Is there a deadline to confirm my pre-reservation?
On most of our trips we have limited places! So we don’t put a deadline.
you should do the payment as soon as possible to guarantee your place at our trip, otherwise your pre-reservation will be cancelled when our trip is sold out
Should I come to the office to collect my ticket?
There is no physical ticket, everything is online! You will get all details and tickets to your mail, and also from your account through our website.
What is Barcelona Trips’s cancellation policy?
– with our day trips may be cancelled for a 100% refund when cancelled with at least 72-hours notice.
100% cancellation penalty if cancelled within 72-hours of the departure day.
– with our long trips(more than one day) may be cancelled for a 100% refund when cancelled with at least 4 days notice.
100% cancellation penalty if cancelled within 4 days of departure day.
– reservations with special offers and discounts are not refundable.

How I get discounts?
What kind of payment options do you accept?
We accept online payment by card (VISA, MasterCard, credit, debit), and payments from your PayPal account.
Also by bank transfer to our account, and cash at our office.
What is included in your cost ?
Depends on the trip! So please check at the page of the trip which you want to book.
But usually our trips cost includes our private transfers, all taxes, personal guides speaking English and spanish, also some guides speaking French, German, Russian, Arabic.
Our cost may also include hotel accommodations, city tours, walking tour with professional official guide, entrances fee to monuments, some special attractions camel tour,boat tour..etc
How I can find you the day of the trip?
If the trip is by bus, normally our buses stop in plaza espanya, between the 2 towers, on the left hand, with logo of Barcelona Trips.
But in some cases, when plaza espanya is closed, we change the meeting point, so we recommend you to check the confirmed mail which we send with the processing of your order.
If the trip is by plane, some cases we meet you at the airport and others at the hotel, always check the right info. Through the confirmed mail.
Which kind of transportation do you use?
Most trips are with our private buses, we have buses with 24/55/63/70 seats.
with air conditioning, reclining seats, TV monitors, and DVD players. Some newer models also come with Wi-Fi and power outlets.
Some trips we use ferry, plane, train.
Should I purchase travel insurance?
We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to all of our customers to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. For your convenience, we offer a travel insurance, which can be purchased when you are making your final payment.
Do we have a guide during the trip?
Yes, guides from Barcelona Trips go with you to give all details, recommendations, and instructions inside & outside the bus.
And also on most of our trips we add a walking tour with professional official guide.
What is Barcelona Trips club card?
Will I know which Hotels I will be staying in before I go ?
After you do the reservation on our long trips, you get one mail with all details about the hotels and rooms.
But usually we stay at hostel/hotel with rooms between 2/3/4/6 beds.
Can I get a private room on long trips?
Usually yes with some extra cost, so please contact us after you do the reservation.
Do I get a refund if I missed the bus by arriving late?
Unfortunately we can’t refund for no showing cases! The trip start sharp with the departure timetable.
Can I travel on my own?
Yes. Many of our travellers come on their own, and single travellers are always welcome. We pair up single travellers with the same sex, similar age participants to avoid a single supplement charge. If you wish to have your own room we may be able to provide this at a small surcharge.
I’ve been put on a waiting list because the trip I’m interested in is sold out. How does this work?
Because our trips sell out very quickly, we will start a waiting list for additional interested travelers. If you are on a waiting list, please provide us with a phone number where you can easily be reached as we have many cancellations that we can offer on a first come, first served basis.
and in some cases, we can open new bus to fit all waiting list.
I’ve been put on over-booking. Why and how does this work?
Yes so sorry about that, sometimes we get over booking because it’s difficult to control all our payment options at the last minute. So maybe you paid while we are closing our payment system.
In this case, we send one mail giving all the options you have, like: full refund, change to another trip, give discount. So please always check and read all the details through our mail.
