In Béziers, a cheerful Christmas market is set up on the Place Jean Jaurès. Light shows, water, artificial snow, a carousel and various constructions including Santa Claus’ sleigh delight the little ones.
Béziers is one of the best Christmas markets in the South of France and also one of the most touristic. Stalls with mulled wine, raclettes and other typical delicacies invite you to escape the cold and enjoy the few hours of daylight in the winter time, magical thanks to the festive atmosphere.
Narbonne: was the first Roman colony outside of Italy, and was located at the crossroads of the via Domitia, the Roman road linking Italy to Spain.
